Ann Yoder is the General and Regional Manager for Campus Evolution Villages Greensboro where she has served in this role for over 4 years. Ann has over 26 years of property management experience in North Carolina and Ohio; includes student housing, multi-family management, and HOA portfolio management. Her strengths are property operations with a specialty in transitioning underperforming communities high performing assets. Passionate about students, mentoring, and making a positive impact; Ann brings energy and direction to her community to help students learn how to live bigger! Ann joined CEV to transition the community from merely a housing option to the leading student housing choice for NCA&T students which required the dedication to not only the physical asset but building a community of caring for students and their parents. Ann has been promoted to Regional Coordinator in addition to General Manager and is a leader for CEV around the country through leading by example.
Currently, Ann is pursuing her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources Law from Guilford College. Her certifications include National Apartment Leasing Professional, Mediator Certification in Conflict Management, and Community Association Institute National Accreditation.
