Lisa Kerley has been with Campus Evolution Villages for almost 4 years and currently serves as the General Manager for our two properties in Murray Kentucky and as a Regional Coordinator of almost 1900 beds. Lisa began her Property Management career in 1992 as an Assistant Manager for her father’s company overseeing over 1 million square feet of Commercial and Industrial office space in Atlanta. Along with that experience, she has experience in Multi-family housing, HOAs and the bulk of her experience is in the Student Housing sector, having worked for several major players in the industry. Lisa’s is a strong operator and leader with an attention to detail, a team builder that leads by example, and encourages her team and residents to work together for the benefit of the community.
Lisa attended University of West Georgia and her favorite past time is spending time with her family, and has been fortunate to have volunteered with projects like Extreme Home Makeover, The Jerry Lewis Telethon and Toys for Tots.
