Nathaniel is an Executive Managing Director at Campus Evolution Villages, LLC and Campus Evolution, LLC. Nathaniel is responsible for acquisitions and asset management over a diverse portfolio of companies and real estate assets, capital markets and oversight of the property management company. Nathaniel previously worked at LaSalle Investment Management (private equity arm of Jones Lang LaSalle) on an internal real estate opportunity fund investing in multifamily, office, industrial and retail assets across the U.S. totaling over $2 billion in transaction volume. Prior to joining Campus Evolution Villages, Nathaniel was an Investment Banker at Cantor Fitzgerald advising and raising capital for alternative investment funds, structured investment vehicles, traditional private placements, primary and secondary offerings as well as equity-linked, preferred, debt and mezzanine securities. Before Cantor Fitzgerald, Nathaniel worked at Manasota Capital, a Chicago-based middle market private equity group focused on growth equity, venture buyouts and other opportunistic investments across industries and asset classes.
Nathaniel graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and economics from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
