Travis T. Anderson joins Campus Evolution Villages, LLC with over 15 years of experience in student housing with special emphasis on public-private partnerships and repositioning assets. As the Vice President of Operations, Travis oversees the day-to-day operations and fiscal performance of the portfolio. Prior to joining CEV, Travis worked with American Campus Communities and Campus Living Villages. Before transitioning to privatized student housing, Travis served as the chief housing officer at Capitol College. During Travis’ career he has managed overall housing operations for publicly and privately owned developments. Additionally, Travis serves as a consultant for colleges/universities and private companies giving him exposure to over 43 markets. Travis holds a number of degrees, certificates, and certifications; to include a Bachelor of Arts in History Education from Old Dominion University and a Master of Public Administration- Project Management from Golden Gate University.
